The Conflict Management programme equips participants with the psychological insights and skills to manage conflict in a rational and objective manner. The overall outcome is to enhance negotiations by creating a shift in the negotiation mindset from task-orientation to a people-centric approach in order to build a platform for effective internal and external relationships.
Participants are equipped with an ability to recognise, manage, and mediate conflict within negotiations effectively through the use of a conflict resolution model. At each stage of the process participants will be given an opportunity to assess their competencies in realising the training and fine-tune their skills and learning in order to assess their degree of personalisation of the material.
