Professional development is a key focus in today’s workplace. With the need for dynamic leadership evident in every work environment, organisations have seen the value of proactive development of current and future leaders. While high performers are identified through various methods, the trend we find is that leaders are generally promoted because of their strength at completing the task. However, there tends to be a gap in leadership skills as new leaders often feel that they are “chucked into the deep-end”.  Our Leadership Development programme focuses on equipping current and future leaders with the necessary skills to succeed in converting their efforts into fruitful results.

 

Participants leave the Leadership Development programme with a toolkit of skills to assist them in their growth as a leader. The toolkit includes skills to understand oneself in the position of leader. We have identified that dynamic leaders can successfully manage their own behaviour as well as the behaviour of those in their team. This requires strong self-awareness as well as insight into others. Our programme focuses on understanding Transactional Analysis in leading people.
