Romy Meyersfeld

Romy Meyersfeld began her career in industrial psychology but found her niche in learning and development. She has a thorough understanding of people and corporate South Africa, having worked with a number of blue chip clients. She has consulted to all levels of corporates, from executive management to general staff. Her passion for seeing the person, rather than the title, allows her to integrate Circle & Square’s philosophy into business strategy in a meaningful and magical way.
Romy has a natural skill for providing solutions that allow organisations to advance the potential of the human capital. While some may think of her as an employee engagement and culture change specialist, Romy is far more hands on and far more people centric in her approach. Her strategic knowledge and authenticity are a valuable asset to the companies she works with and to Circle and Square.

Taly Fleischer
Director (Canada), MBA
Taly Fleischer employs a systematic approach to help individuals and teams become more effective leaders and collaborators. Her approach involves assessment and observation to increase self-awareness and self-understanding. This promotes behavioral change, personal growth, and more effective performance both at the individual and team levels. Her clients value her collaborative, personable style and the input she provides as an objective sounding board and strategic thought partner.
Taly brings two decades of experience as an executive coach, management consultant and HR professional. Her areas of focus include executive/leadership development, team dynamics, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management. She has managed assignments in Canada, USA, Asia, and Europe.
Taly holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Honours Psychology degree from McGill University. Taly is a certified coach having received her professional designation from The Hudson Institute. She is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation.

Dave Stevens

With experience ranging from Psychology to Project Management and Journalism, added to a lifetime of writing, singing and playing the guitar, Dave is our resident wunderkind. His exciting, humorous and energetic style of delivery not only encourages participants to apply new knowledge and insights in their work and personal lives, but also re-energizes and captivates them. Dave has a strong track record of engaging personally with trainees and facilitating and encouraging professional and personal behaviour change – a rare skill which is warmly received by the many people he has worked with. Aside from training, Dave is instrumental in developing new Circle & Square training material, ensuring that we stay relevant and connected.


Michal Zinman

Michal joined Circle & Square after an extensive period in executive wholesaling. Arriving with an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, she brings a depth of knowledge and a wealth of experience to the training room. Her authentic, caring and nurturing ways make Michal much loved by the Circle & Square team and by her training groups. She delivers passionate and thought-provoking sessions that captivates them and invariably leaves her participants wanting more.
