Head of Operations South Africa, BCom Hons (Industrial Psychology)
Romy Meyersfeld began her career in industrial psychology but found her niche in learning and development. She has a thorough understanding of people and corporate South Africa, having worked with a number of blue chip clients. She has consulted to all levels of corporates, from executive management to general staff. Her passion for seeing the person, rather than the title, allows her to integrate Circle & Square’s philosophy into business strategy in a meaningful and magical way.
Romy has a natural skill for providing solutions that allow organisations to advance the potential of the human capital. While some may think of her as an employee engagement and culture change specialist, Romy is far more hands on and far more people centric in her approach. Her strategic knowledge and authenticity are a valuable asset to the companies she works with and to Circle and Square.
Romy lives the values of Circle & Square, which allows her to find a work-life balance giving her the opportunity to engage fully with her husband, two children, extended family and circle of friends.
