The Team Effectiveness programme aims to enhance an ethos of connection, engagement, people-centricity, and high performance in a team. Circle & Square’s methodology creates a platform for teams to go through a journey that encourages self-awareness, team cohesion, and a psychological sense of belonging. The journey allows for the necessary shift in behaviour and mindset from disengagement to employee engagement and human connection. Our methodology also facilitates a process of conscious conversation, enhanced connection, and an understanding of the intra- and interpersonal dynamics operating within the team.

This is achieved through psychological theory, which is grounded in the language of Eric Berne's Transactional Analysis, as well as mastery and application of this theory through an Egogram Workshop. The Egogram Workshop is a key component of this process as it provides insight into the needs of the team and the individuals within that team. The Egogram Workshop facilitates this process in order to create a team that functions in high performance.
