Understanding relational dynamics in change


‘Change’ In and of Itself is neither good or bad. It can be ‘threat’ or it can be ‘opportunity. Sometimes it may be both at the same time and one may give rise to the other.

What is certain is that inner and outer changes in both work life and personal life are constants. Achieving business and life goals, individually and collectively, means reading and understanding the inner narratives that ‘change’ writes in the minds of your people, and helping them maintain conscious agency and authorship of how those inner narratives are written.

This programme equips individuals with the necessary insights and skills to best persevere through a transition process. The outcome is the ability to manage emotions (ones own and others) that arise due to change that could have an impact on projects, employees and performance.
